The HR Generalist will partner closely with the HR team to provide support to employees and supervisors. The position requires general knowledge in various areas of Human Resources, and will be responsible for supporting a variety of areas such as HRIS, Compensation, Benefits, HR Helpdesk, and HR Business Partnering. The ideal candidate for this position brings enthusiasm for saving the environment through our philosophy of sustainability – “clean energy from sand and sun”.
