The Staffing Representative is responsible for all phases of talent acquisition. Which includes building a pipeline, recruiting, screening, and hiring talented candidates for non-exempt/exempt, internal/external and technical/non-technical positions. In order to accomplish that successfully, this position has hands-on and strategic components related to the whole talent acquisition process – from developing the job description to a new employee’s first day.
Primary responsibilities for this position include the following:
Develop and pursue innovative recruiting channels, in particular leverage social media
