The Service Center Representative interacts directly with employees in all SolarWorld departments to provide front-line support ensuring IT support needs are met. This role is the front-tier of support for the ERP and Manufacturing Execution Systems, and provides assistance and service call routing for all IT supported information systems.
For training purposes, starting hours are Monday - Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM. Upon completion of training, this position will transition to a Sunday – Thursday shift, with hours from 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM.
