Job Accountabilities

  • Provide leadership and direction to the company's finance, supply chain, information technology and legal affairs departments.
  • Along with other members of the executive team, set the overall strategy for the company, reach business performance as outlined in company goals, and ensure internal and external stakeholder expectations are met.
  • Lead executive team and department heads to develop business plans.
  • Direct and coordinate the company's financial planning and budget management processes.
  • Oversee the finance and accounting departments.
  • Monitor and analyze monthly/yearly operating results against budget.
  • Manage the preparation of financial reports, outlooks and forecasts.
  • Prepare financial analysis for contract negotiations and product investment decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal budgetary reporting requirements.
  • Oversee financial audits and provide recommendations for procedural improvements.
  • Responsible for the company's supply chain - procurement, logistics, planning, scheduling and inventory control.
  • Guide supply chain strategy that meets company strategy, performance objectives and customer expectations.
  • Oversee the supply chain budget and operation performance, along with key service, quality and cost metrics.
  • Direct strategic cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Operations, Quality and Customer Service to ensure execution of strategic planning initiatives.
  • Foster a continuous improvement environment including improvements of supply chain process constraints.
  • Oversee technology and business services portfolio, including architecture and development, data management, information delivery, QA and program/project management executive.
  • Lead IT strategic planning to achieve business goals by fostering innovation, prioritizing IT initiatives, and coordinating the evaluation, deployment, and management of current and future IT systems.
  • Support continuous improvement of the information systems staff, equipment and procedures to maintain pace with technological progress, economic change, and business needs.
  • Guide opportunities for the appropriate and cost-effective investment of financial resources in IT systems and resources, including staffing, sourcing, purchasing and in-house development.
  • Help the company minimize its legal risks by advising the company's management team and enforcing regulations.
  • Manage engagements without outside council on real estate, commercial and other legal matters.
  • Ensure the company's intellectual property is managed and protected.

Job Requirements

  • Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Economics, Business Administration or a related field of study, and eight (8) years of experience in a related position. 
  • Work experience must have included: experience in a leadership role for a company with revenue up to $500M USD; advanced knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting and cost control principles including generally accepted accounting principles; experience leading more than two corporate functions and ability to influence cross functional partnerships; advanced understanding of corporate legal requirements including real estate and employment law; proficiency of information technology strategies and ability to guide enterprise resource planning (ERP), office and manufacturing information system (IS) strategy; advanced knowledge of supply chain requirements and optimization principles for high volume manufacturing; global experience with focus on the US, Europe and Asia.                                                     JOB SITE:                     4050 NE Evergreen Road, Hillsboro, OR 97124
