The Technical Support Manager will provide world-class pre/post-sales technical support, by managing SolarWorld’s technical and training programs. You will foster an environment that is focused on customer satisfaction, continuous improvement and innovation in complex channel structure. This role with work closely with other sales managers to provide technical expertise through sales presentations, product demonstrations, installation and maintenance of company products. Assist the sales staff to demonstrate the SolarWorld value proposition to meet customer needs. This role will also support the development of training plans to educate best practices to installers.
