The Cell Process and Equipment Engineering Manager is responsible for directing, coordinating and developing all process/procedural activities and equipment specifications for SolarWorld's world-class Solar Cell Engineering department. This position ensures adequate tool, process and personnel capabilities are continuously developed and maintained for supporting a high volume 24/7 manufacturing operation. As the leader of the Cell Process and Equipment Engineering team, this position selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure optimum manufacturing efficiencies to accomplish business objectives.
